Citizens Bank wanted to raise the public’s awareness of the benefits of refinancing federal and private student loans. The bank conducted a national survey, exploring individual’s feelings about student loan debt and their understanding of different repayment options. Data from this survey was cultivated and presented in the form of a microsite, the Informed Index.
In my role, I oversaw and executed the visual development of the experience. The site needed to be content heavy without overwhelming the user with information. It was also important that the experience not oversell the user on specific Citizens Bank’s programs. Rather, it should educate the user and peak their interest into alternative options for repayment.
